Car
Replacement: |

- We
offer immediate free replacement for the rented car in
case of damage or breakdown.
- Free replacement will be within 24 hours if outside
Alex.
- In case the car needs services or repairs, the vehicle
will be replaced with a vehicle from the same category
or higher. |

Driving
Area: |
- Renters are allowed
to drive the rented car only throughout Egypt.
- No International one-way rentals are permitted. |

|
ID: |
- An Egyptian ID or a
passport is required for all Egyptian clients.
- International clients must present a valid passport. |

|
Insurance: |
- All
our quoted rates include full insurance coverage, but
the renter's.
- responsibility in case of any accident is $500 per
event. |

|
Liabilities: |
|
The
renter's responsibility in case of car license
withdrawal is $500.

|
License: |
|
- In
order to rent a Smartlimo vehicle a valid Egyptian or
International.
- driver's license is required and must be "in hand" at
time of rental.
- Local driver's license of country of residence, other
than Egypt, is not valid. |

Pick Up
and Delivery: |
|
- We
offer free delivery and pickup of the car within Greater
Cairo area, as long as delivery is within our normal
working hours (form 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.), otherwise we
charge $15.00 Delivery at Cairo Airport is available
against $15, as long as delivery is within our normal
working hours (form 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.), otherwise we
charge $25.00. |

Rental Period: |
|
The
minimum rental period is 3 days, while the maximum is 3
months for individual and one year for cooperate
accounts. |

Payment
condition: |

1- we
should have 25% from the total payment in advance to
confirm reservation. |

the rest of the total payment should be in advance
before the services. |

accept money transfer on (Thomas cook & Western Union ). |
